0 STARS!!! Had them pump our tank not even a year ago. Started having problems within a couple of weeks with the same thing happening. I called and talked to "Heather" told her what was going on and she responded with, "yeah, we've had this happen with others)". WHAT??...Said she would check on it. Never heard back. Fast forward water backing up in toilet, all over the floor and now bathtub is backing up. Have been trying to call them for days and left a message about the problem. No call back. Have been calling them for days and continue to get a recording, "this is Heather...." DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Had this company come out to put in a new drain field. (That is all I asked them to do) They came out pumped our septic and started working. They dug up the existing lines to see what the issue was. Turns out it needed repairing not replacing and they saved us 2,500ish bucks on installing a new field. They went above and beyond what I expected. They were timely and friendly and were even going to finance the new field! No one else around does that! We got around 10 quotes and chose this company because they could pump it themselves (I was not wanting to try to schedule a pump myself and have to match everyone's scheduling dates), they were willing to finance and they could get to us fast. Most quotes were lower but these guys and gals (Hi Heather) are the whole package very worth it! I can't say any other company would have told me about the cheaper option or not. This made my husband very happy. What makes him happy makes me happy. Thank you again for your great customer service!

These men were the best! I believe his name was Chris and he had a young assistant. They worked fast and were very friendly, and even went out of their way to do something that was not on the job description. I would be very happy to recommend this service and use them again in the future!
