  This company is not professional at all. They don’t know how to ask common sense questions or apply common sense when it come to packing. The driver/owner has a very unprofessional appearance and work ethic. I would recommend to anyone who have to deal with this company, and there is no one else, just do the DITY move. Fort Bragg needs to do a better job on recruiting outside moving companies.

  They were assigned to us by the army for our pcs move and it was the worst experience ever. The owner was very unprofessional from the beginning, from how he acted to his personal appearance. They packed our stuff without common sense, walking around the house without respect and worst of all damaged a lot of items. We tried to contact them to be reimbursed and they disappeared on us. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them at all and if the army assigned them to you, ask if there is another company available or do it yourself.

  If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT hire Williams moving company! in 21 years of moving around the world, Williams has been our worst moving company. They undervalued the weight of our household goods. Then sent a truck that didn't even have room for their estimate. The crew they hired to pack us out on the last day of 3 day pack out acted like they were high on drugs and spent 4 hours just to pack ONE wardrobe box and ONE TV. They didn't even pack or properly label everything. Which is convenient for Williams Moving because it gets them off the hook for items that are stolen. Since the first truck they sent didn't have enough room for all of our household goods we had to have two separate shipments. When our first shipment arrived it was missing things, and most items that came off of the truck weren't even labeled on the inventory. When we noted that items were missing they assured us that they were on the second truck. That was not the case. On top of having items outright stolen from our garage, we incurred close to $10,000 worth of damaged items. A tempurpedic mattress, our samsung french door refrigerator, a TV stand that looked like someone took a mallet to the inside supports to name a few. We've been very patient and three months later we are still dealing with a claim to be reimbursed for these items. They refuse to be reasonable and are low balling us on everything. They only finally agreed to replace the refrigerator when it went on sale this weekend for Columbus day and of course they are only willing to reimburse for the sales price, which will change by the time we would get a check from them. I wager that 95% of our loss and damage could have been avoided had they simply sent a truck that had enough room to fit everything in it. Also it should be noted that, per their own claims adjuster, they do not carry insurance to cover the replacement of goods in their care.
