If I could rate this company 0 stars, I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! Arrived at my residence today with the pod that was supposed to be delivered to me, we explained where we wanted it, they further explained that would not work. We were discussing alternative areas that it would be possible for it to go & the 2 guys walked away. We believed that maybe they were leaving to attempt to come around the back; however, they were never seen again with no explanation! I called the office & was told it wasn’t possible for the pod to be placed in the initial spot we interested, which had already been understood from our encounter with the delivery guys. I then asked why they just walked off, & was told they don’t know, that they would find out once the guys returned to the establishment with the pod. I was then told that the pod couldn’t be placed today due to the ground being too wet. Shortly after, we seen them in the area WITHOUT the pod on the truck, so it had been delivered to someone else. I would not recommend them to anyone, let alone a person of color because that was clearly the issue. The older guy had an attitude from the VERY beginning!!! I received a text from the lady in the office of which she referred me to another company & apologized for the confusion. Them sending me the information to another company tells me everything I need to know, they simply did not want to service us because of our race.

I like it because it is inexpensive but the facilities are old and in need of updating.
