Here in Central WI, they are on time, professional, and courteous. The drivers are excellent! They never leave a mess and the bins are always upright, where we left them. The custom service needs a whole restructuring. I was disappointed in them, however, I only deal with them on rare occasions.

I know crackheads more honest than these people... At least when you catch the crach head ripping you off you can talk with them... Customer service is a joke if not existent at all... Went to talk to an office to cancle service no location to do so... Want to quit? Gotta pay them 6 months of service for "liquidation damages"... This is one of the worst companies, I have ever tried to talk to... Everything is so hard to do with them. I'd rather try to teach a monkey to answer the phone. At least my call would get picked up within an hour. And although we are getting billed apparently no one can find out account.
