Cannot recommend Word of Mouth enough! From the start, it was a great experience. Eric was very informative about what to expect on moving day. He also was able to offer me flexibility when my apartment complex put me in a bit of a bind timewise. David and Travis were my actual movers, and they were so awesome. Very thorough, careful, and diligent. They definitely knew what they were doing and I felt like I didn't have to monitor them at all, which is huge. They also didn't lollygag, which I know can be an issue for some movers. Plus, they were both really nice and funny - which was a huge plus. Definitely would recommend using this service, ask for those two specifically if you can!

Nothing but great things to say about Word of Mouth Moving! David and Mark were excellent 7 stars lol I would most definitely recommend them if your in Austin. First experience was flawless and will be doing business with them again if I ever need to move anything!

highly recommend Word of Mouth moving! They moved me yesterday from northwest Austin to South Austin. The whole experience was easy! Booking the move with Eric was very easy. The movers, Corey and Pat, were awesome! They called me prior to arriving and arrived right on time. They loaded very efficiently taking care to wrap everything. They were very polite, funny and friendly and never took a break. They arrived at my new home very timely and unloaded very carefully and efficiently. It was a very cold day for Austin and they never complained at all! I will definitely hire them for my next move. I got several quotes before deciding and they were very reasonable and responded to all my questions very timely. AMAZING COMPANY!
