  It was easy, drop trailer by the shop area,they will loaded during the night, there's a phone number to call or the woman there will be in bad mood, a such Amy...you never know how long that person will stay, been here before and, a lot of new faces...anyway...once you drop off your trailer, find it by the shop area and go at the end of the building to get you paperwork...morning is busy ,busy

  What a joke! dropped off my trailer yesterday at 11:30am for it to be loaded today by 6:00am, I called at 430am to get a update! They said to call at 6am Called at 6am and they told me they canceled the load! So wasted a whole day! And this is why fed ex and ups is always going to be better then them.

  Load was scheduled to be picked up at 4am, I was told give them a couple of hours. It is now 8am been waiting on their site had to use the rest room very bad. I was told I’m not allowed in the building and I must leave immediately. I told the lady I’ve been waiting on a load for 4hrs and I need to use the restroom she told me there’s porta potties outside. Mind you it’s 20 degrees outside. This is not human practice, if I’m in the building why can’t I use the restroom right there. This is the worst service I’ve ever had with a logistic company….they give you a time to ick up but have you waiting then exclude you from entering there building. Is this even ethical?!
