  USE at your OWN RISK!!!! We scheduled Yavapai Moving Services for our arrival in Prescott Valley AZ for 3/27/2021 to help unload a 26ft (packed to the brim) moving truck. They NO SHOWED!!!! I left several desperate messages for Mr. Copper and HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!! They left us abandoned with no help to unload our truck as guaranteed. My husband and I are in our 60s!!! This almost sent my husband to the hospital! I even reconfirmed by text with Copper the night before and advised we would need 4-5 hours instead of 2, and he said no problem! This is so unacceptable!!!!

  If you have a long distance move, do not trust this company. Many of our most valued furniture was damaged due to poor packing. They charged close to $600 and basically sat around staring at the truck and not even packing! They didn’t even finish the job. We bought the largest moving truck (26 footer) which should have easily accommodated everything, but they wasted so much space with the lousy packing job that we had to purchase another trailer! If this company is your only option, watch them like a hawk and make sure THEY ARE ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING instead of just sitting around talking about drum circles. I never write bad reviews about businesses but this was literally the worst experience my family has ever had with a company.

  Yavapai Moving Services did an excellent job unloading our u haul truck. My wife and I were very impressed. The gentlemen were very professional and helpful. I would use Yavapai Moving Services again if we move again.
