  WOW! This company is great. Just 1 year ago, I had a not so great experience with a moving company and was scared to try again but I liked the idea of being able to commit to a small amount of items and so I was willing. I chose Yellow Express because of their on the phone customer service (and cool app if you need things done now) and am happy to report, their great customer service extends to the moving team as well. With only a few days notice, they were able to schedule a small apartment move around me. No waiting to confirm, no window of when to show up, no detailed list of what I was moving. Just good communication, at a day and time I was available, and great moving supplies to help. They were not only on time, they were 5 minutes early! Have you ever seen that from a moving company? They brought blankets to keep everything covered and in good shape up the road and were speedy to get everything packed and unloaded. I immediately - literally before they even finished - recommended them to a friend who was moving, just one week earlier; that is how impressed I was. And I'm happy to confirm that my friend was equally happy with the service, care, and timing of the company. I know need a sofa moved from one floor to another and will be reaching out to see if they can help with that. I love the flexibility of being able to help with a move or just moving a big, bulky, heavy piece.

  This company will change the moving game! I was previously in the military and have moved more times than I can count. Thanks to Yellow Express, this was by far the best moving experience I have ever had. Prior to the move, a gentleman named Chris kept in close contact with me and made sure that his crew understood exactly what we needed. The day of the move the Yellow Express crew was punctual and professional. They even brought my wife and I Starbucks! I had paid for a three hour window and they worked very hard to get things done within those three hours. After the crew left, Chris got in contact with me again just to make sure that everything went okay. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

  Micah and his crew did an outstanding job moving furniture from storage to our home. Not only did they arrived promptly with the furniture they removed our old furniture to the garage and set up the new furniture for us at a very reasonable price in a timely fashion. I highly recommend yellow Express in particularly Micah to set up your move! Good job guys!
