I am appalled by how lazy these delivery drivers are. The first time they attempted delivery, the man refused to get the package out of his truck. I called to ask them if they could just leave it at the front door and they said yes, they would deliver it tomorrow. They attempted delivery once again and claimed that we had a note on our door saying “deliveries must have an appointment.” Our sign on our door says that our business is by appointment only, and you must make an appointment online. That is obviously for customers, not delivery drivers. I called again. They said they never got any message that I had told them to leave it at the door, but next time they will. Today they delivered it and left it IN THE GRASS. We have a perfectly good porch that it could have been left on. I am simply blown away by how unprofessional, and lazy this company is.

Was hired as a dock worker after 3 week mgr told me was performing well after everyone was saying i was improving never had a job like this honest opinion if they like you will keep you if not fire you for whatever reason definitely not recommend

Called the Hagerstown office to get some information and they acted like it was an inconvenience to answer my guestions. Very bad customer service
