I never work for the co I'm actually in process try come aboard but after reading lot of the reviews I would like speak freely on few things an have few ?s ?-1 is co owned by Russians? If so, Russians are not bad people they kind of interesting they funny make me laugh I work for Russians in past an lot folks misread them they are the nicest most open minded peeps out here they more like the Chinese they all about honor an respect u just got pay real close attention an open Ur ear an mind not Ur mouth to understand em. But make this short an simple to the negative review commuters talk bout brokers shippers customers pay roll etc.. In order to understand the procedures to work for co suck as z transport I think u should have at least 3-4 yr otr haul different freight do co an owner opt but I'm look forward to come board with i rather work for a Russian co than any other I worked for
