  "Dave, the owner of Shumway and I had been speaking on and off for a couple of weeks and fiinally had come to an agreement to charge me a certain amount for a move and licenses and final inspection of a home. On the day the move was supposed to take place. Dave backed out and said he would need an additional $5,000.00 to do so. He knew that I didn't have that money that is how we originally came to an agreement for much less than that. He later called me and stated that he knew of someone that was interested in purchasing the home and that way I could get "some" of the money back that I had already put into purchasing the home. Come to find out that during the time I was negotiating with the owner the amount of the mobile home, Dave was trying to talk her out of selling it to me. He was interested in the mobile home and on several occassions took several people to see the home on 1/22/13 I finally gave previous owner payment of the mobile home and gave Dave the go ahead to move the mobile on 1/23/13. On 1/23/13 (the day of the move) Dave states that he is no longer sticking with the deal that we had made. He talked to the management company of the people who are renting me the lot. He called me last night to say "well since you don't have the money to move it, I have someone interested in it", He had the person go to the mobile home to see it without my knowledge. The guy called me this morning and told me that Dave had told him that the Mobile home was still for sale and was wanting to buy it for minimal of what I had paid on top of that two other people have contacted me for the same reason. Dave is crooked. He wanted that property. I am a person of my word and would never try to be devious to anyone. Your word is all a person has and once that is broken so is your integrity. This guy is a real crook. Good luck to anyone that deals with this guy. Not to mention that he did something similar to the previous home owners of the mobile home were going to purchase a home from Dave (Dave buys, repairs and resells mobile homes), They also had a verbal agreement and when they went to give him the downpayment of the mobile Dave told them that it had sold but could sell them another. WOW is right!!! I strongly believe in Karma."
