  "If I could rate them no stars I would. Was told they would arrive between 10 and 11 am. I called at 10:55 because no one had arrived yet and they said they were running late and would be there around 2:30pm. I am fine with being flexible so this was no big deal other then the lack of communication. However. The movers FINALLY arrived at 5:30pm. By 7 pm we were finally on the road after waiting all day. I get a call when we are almost to my new home an hour away from my old home and was told they forgot a dolly outside the house and they they need to go back. This is at almost 8pm. It took two more hours after that of me sitting and waiting for them to finally deliver my things and when they finally did they asked for help unloading so they could go home faster. They finally finished at 11pm. Please keep in mind it was all this for moving from one one bedroom apartment to another.At the end of all of this the owner promised me a discount and never delivered which is unprofessional and highly disrespectful of my time and money. Don’t use this company unless you want to waste time money and move your own things."
