  "This company is the most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. We have already stopped allowing our vendors for our business to use Fed Ex at all. Now,our order for the pet food (Prescription- the ONLY food our kitty can have) has been delayed. 3 days in a row. First, it said it was coming Sunday. Of course we never believed that. Monday comes and it says it’s about 2 hours away. Tuesday comes and all day “it’s on the truck for delivery.” It’s now 6:13 pm and it changed to “ a delivery exception has occurred.” Now the vet is closed, we have to drive and hope to make the pet store before they close, pray the prescription pet food is in stock and pay TWICE this month and it isn’t cheap. Our online vet company did their job. They took our money. They shipped our kitty food on time. For 3 days , our kitty has not had the ONLY food he’s allowed because Of fed Ex. We will now advise our vet, that we will NOT allow Fed Ex to handle a shipment for us ever again. We will be doing that with anything else we order too! GET IT TOGETHER! lives depend on this ."
