  "I am extremely disappointed in Zippy Shell's lack of response and customer service for my long distance move. I have yet to hear from them as to when the truck will arrive with my belongings. I paid nearly $3000 for a service that has NOT in any way been worth it. I called to check on the status of the truck on Sunday and I was told that dispatch will reach out to me and I have yet to hear from them. I paid for a 6 to 8 day service which means that the container should arrive this Thursday. Additionally, it will be over a week since I have been at my new apartment with nothing but an air mattress. I will NEVER use their services again nor will I recommend Zippy Shell to any of my transient friends and family. I will make sure to provide them with the reviews and ratings that they deserve through any outlets possible. I will also report them to the FTC and BBB. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable especially when I had to deal with the terrible and rude service from the lead individual who arrived at the loading of my things. Aside from the bad service, they severely damaged a 40 - year old vintage piece of furniture which I have had for 10 years and is no longer being manufactured. I cannot emphasize again how bad of a service they have and I will make sure that this goes noticed and recorded. My items arrived 2 days later then they stated in their last update. In addition, many of my boxes arrived crushed with most of the items inside of them completely damaged of which now I have had to file two claims which each will take 90 DAYS to review. I purchased the 10k insurance coverage that they offered and will see how much of that they will try to scam their way through. THE WORST MOVING COMPANY!!!"
