So we were storing the Pod for PODS, and we had to pay them for it. Seem backward? When we tried to get a refund, the company said we would have to deal directly with the local storage facility where our Pod was stored but that they couldn't give us a direct phone number for that facility. They said they would submit a report to the local facility and the local facility would contact us. They never contacted us. Unprofessional, dishonest, and poorly run company. Either hire more workers and buy more trucks so you can deliver and retrieve the pods in a timely fashion, or be willing to eat the cost yourself--instead of charging your customers for your inefficiency."
