  "**BE AWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES** We moved approximately 4 miles from our home and just needed a pod. We called PACK-RAT for a quote and they were the best priced.....so we thought. We ordered the pod and scheduled when we wanted it delivered, picked up and dropped up to new home as well as picked up from new home. We were quoted a price including all of this. The drop off to old house and new house went smoothly. The day we scheduled for it to be picked up, no one showed up. We called to find out why. We were told we never scheduled it, (which email confirmation showed we did) they stated the earliest they could pick up was 3 weeks out! We advised them this was not acceptable due to strict HOA guidelines in our new neighborhood. After several calls we finally were able to get them to pick up a week later. When we received the final bill we noticed an additional charge. Called and asked about. We were told this was a "pick up fuel charge." I asked why this was not calculated into the quoted amount and he could not give me a direct answer. He continued on about how they calculated it. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!"
