  The movers were great! They moved quick and worked efficiently. However, the customer service representative Sharon was very rude and impatient when we were trying to clarify how to pay the bill. She talked in a very demeaning tone and she over talked us. Also, Sharon doubled booked our time slot so the movers came at 1pm instead of 10am.

  Eric and Marquis moved me and they were absolutely awesome! I was apprehensive about Taggabox because their administration is questionable - calling the day before my move to ask if I could reschedule for a later time even though I had booked my move several weeks in advance. But the team showed up on time and Eric and Marquis were incredibly polite, helpful and all around had fantastic attitudes about a job that wasn’t easy! (Heavy furniture). The team took great care packing and moving my items so as not to damage them. I cannot speak highly enough about these two gentlemen- if you’re able to request them by name, I recommend doing so! I would definitely use this service again.

  I’m only giving 2 stars because the movers were professional and fast. As far as their boss Sharon she was rude and almost cost the movers a $ tip. I was scheduled for a specific time and the movers were 4 hours late due to her scheduling them for a same day move before mine, she made it seem as though it was my fault for requesting the time slot. And Tried to over charge me once my move was completed. I basically said screw you and will never recommend this company/location.

  Courtney-We understand that moving is stressful and that sometimes there is a need to reschedule. We request 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a move. Between May 21-31 your move was rescheduled 6 times due to the uncertainty of your closing date. While we did our best to accommodate your multiple changes, we also had to take into account our customers and movers who had confirmed reservations for those dates. Your move lasted 2.50 hours and you were billed for 2.25 hours. Enjoy your new place!! Sharon
