This is a great U-Haul to do business with. In a couple months I will need to rent a truck and I will call this U-Haul to get it. I had to move some U-Boxes this weekend and I had some car trouble. Elijah and the rest of the staff saved the day for me. They helped me with tools and a jack. It was small but really saved what could have ruined my whole weekend. Morgan was great, she came in and made sure my U-Box was on a trailer when I needed it. Thank you all for helping a busy and hectic weekend easier.

Reserved a truck nearly two weeks in advance. Pickup was 12pm the day of the move, movers were coming at 2pm. I lived less than 10 mins from the dang place so that timeline was more than enough. At 1pm I'm heading over and mid-drive get an email they've cancelled my reservation. They did not even CALL ME. I had to pull over and in my car, on the side of the road spent a ton of time calling around figuring this out. When I went to complain in person, the manager just smugly told me my Uhaul was at the 2085 Cobb Pkway location as if I was at the wrong location. Uh excuse me, that's the truck I had to spend an afternoon securing AFTER you cancelled mine! What the heck is the point of a reservation? The $50 refund I got for my trouble was not worth the extra $200 I had to pay to have the movers come back a second day after you switched my Moving Day to be Truck Search And Retrieval Day instead. Never using Uhaul again. Penske forever.

Reserved a van 2 days in advance and they rented it out 30 minutes before my scheduled pick up time. Then they re-routed me 11 miles north of where I needed to be without even asking me where I was located. What’s even the point in making a reservation?
