  Great experience renting a pod for use during our long term move. Was easy to get in touch with customer service reps to adjust our move needs and schedule final pickup. Rates were great and was happy to have our stuff nearby while we looked for our forever home. Thank you for making this process smooth!

  Everything about moving sucks - but everything about moving with 1-800-Pack-Rat made it suck a lot less. Ordering the container was a breeze, and the instructions were very clear. My container arrived to my new home in the time they quoted. 1-800-Pack-has a great system, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

  I’ve moved several times over the past few years and have used a number of moving companies in the area (as well as out-of-state), but must say that the guys at Pack-Rat were actually some of the best I’ve dealt with. They were very friendly, professional, and worked non-stop. Rates are very reasonable compared to other companies and everything arrived in great shape without anything getting scratched, broken, or dinged. Will definitely use again for any future moves.
