  Would not recommend this company. LATE!!! RUDE!!! After having items in warehouse over a week past due. They finally called and set up time the following day between 2:00-6:00. I specially asked would they call beforehand. Shay stated yes!!! Well today they arrive onsite with no prior phone call, and said they were leaving because nobody was there. It would have taken 5 minutes for someone to arrive. They said they had already left. They argued with me and told me an automated phone call was made.(which no messages, no missed calls) . I even gave them an option and told them where the key was. Nope. They had to reschedule. All of this took place in 13 minutes. Now instead of delivery items today. They will return to Florida and have to come back to Mississippi to delivery. This happened between 2:56-3:10 pm. I even called the office to ask them if they were going to delivery. Shay in the office was very argumentative. Nope no delivery, have to reschedule. IF you give a customer a time range 2:00-6:00, and say you will call. THEN PLEASE CALL. NOT WHEN YOU ARRIVE and wait less than 13 minutes

  They've had my furniture in a warehouse in Pensacola since August 2 (22 days ago). I live one hour away in Mobile. Shay says she cannot confirm if they actually have it, but the freight company that delivered it to them has confirmed the date of transfer multiple times. The same freight company has e-mailed and called Aadvantage but received no response. I've spoken to Shay twice; the first time she hung up on me. All Shay says is "when we determine whether we actually have your order, we will call to schedule your delivery." From the many awful reviews I've seen online, I fear the worst is yet to come.

  I received a phone call regarding my delivery the day before, after hours. I attempted to contact them to let them know I would not be there, went to voicemail. They delivered anyway, and shorted me one of my boxes. I contacted them and was told my box would be found, I would be called back to schedule delivery. That was three days ago. I now go to voicemail every time I attempt contact and am without a box of my furniture.
