We moved halfway across the country without actually having housing lined up in our final destination. So, having a container for storage and flexible delivery dates was necessary. 1-800-pack-rat was so easy to work with and very accommodating to our situation.

We were happily surprised that none of our belongings got damaged. Everything made it successfully. The way that they move the pod is definitely the reason that the items were not broken. I would happily recommend it to anyone who is moving.

If you love incompetence, wasting lots of time on the phone and receiving poor customer service, this is the company for you. They mishandled my move at every stage and gave nothing but excuses. The pod was scheduled to be picked up the day before I closed on the sale of my home, but it wasn't and I didn't receive any notification. I called and expressed my frustration and was assured that it would be picked up the following day, which was the actual close date. NOPE. Pod wasn't picked up again and no one communicated. Every time I called, I was given the same excuse, "I'm not sure what the issue is at our facility." Save yourself the time and hassle, go with another company that's more professional, values its customers and understands how to manage logistics. Order #6542794
