The workers here were awesome. They arrived on time and got straight to work. It took them over five hours total, but they did everything and were able to move everything out and then into the new place. Booking was easy and it cost less than I expected. Thanks Pack Rat, I will recommend you guys in the future!

They were on time and communicated beautifully throughout the whole experience. The men who moved our stuff were pros! Fast, efficient, and so kind! I would most definitely recommend Pack Rat to anyone looking to have the easiest moving experience possible. Big thanks for all of the help!

From the first lady I spoke with to set up service, to the pick up for my empty containers, I’ve had great service. I actually didn’t google or read any reviews before I booked with them, and I’m glad I didn’t. I probably wouldn’t have based on the other reviews. But every time I’ve called in with a question, each rep was courteous and nice. They dropped off the containers early in the morning, and then picked up the containers later in the evening so we had plenty of time to load. The only bad thing I can say is they didn’t tell me there was a fuel charge, and when I saw they charged me extra, I called in to ask about it. They credited that back to our account right away. So really, it wasn’t even a bad experience. I’m glad I never experienced anything like these other reviews. I would definitely refer this company and use them again.
