I had a great experience with these guys. They were just holding some of my furniture until another logistics company delivered it. The other company was apparently run by drooling morons, and they were not able to deliver my furniture in a timely manner. This forced me to go to A1 Freeman myself and pick up my stuff. They were very responsive to my calls and more than helpful in telling me exactly why my furniture had not been delivered. Mitch was great and looked up my order right away. Once he knew I was coming to grab the stuff myself, he moved everything right the loading dock so it would be ready when I arrived. He had it on my truck in seconds. I was very impressed with their level of service.

Virtually everything about my move went very smoothly. From the initial visit by the salesman, to the packing of my household goods, to the final delivery, there were no surprises. All of my goods were accounted for and, so far, nothing has been broken (which is a first for me!). I highly recommend A-1 Freeman and would definitely use them again if I ever move

The movers I was dealing with lied and told me they were A-1. So far today I have received two phone calls from A-1 trying to fix this problem. Obviously I was not dealing with. So I have removed my review of the others, whoever they are. A-1 is exceedingly responsive even when it wasn't really their problem.
