  We had an excellent experience with PR!! While it can take a long time to get someone on the phone for booking purposes and other questions, the representatives are very knowledgeable and excellent communicators. The staff at the PR locations (drivers) were also very nice and helpful. We self-delivered to the Unit in Phoenixville, PA, and the customer service was fantastic by the guys on location. Our Unit arrived on schedule and everything was safe and sound in inside. The Unit traveled 1,800 miles and the things inside hardly moved! The whole move went seamlessly! I can't recommend 1-800- Pac Rat enough!

  If you want to make your move 10x more stressful than it already is, book these people because they will do just that. Be prepared for the absolute worst communication, laziness, lies, unprofessional management and just an awful experience. I really don’t understand how this company is still in business and thinks it’s okay to do what they do. Our container did not show up on time and once it got to our place it wasn’t picked up for days in which our lease was over and we had to stay in a hotel. Never notified us day after day after day. We were the ones reaching out to them every single time. Once it was picked up we didn’t see it for weeks in which we PAID for expedited shipping and was never refunded for something we did not receive. From now on I will advocate to anyone to NEVER EVER use this company. Please please please stay far away from them.

  We scheduled a pod to come to our apartment on Saturday, May 21st. This appointment was scheduled a month prior to the move date. We paid extra for the pod to arrive in the morning. They refused to tell us when the pod would arrive only that it would be before noon on Saturday. As noon approached on Saturday we never received a phone call we never heard from the company. We called up and spoke to customer service. We were on hold for over an hour. Customer service told us that the truck had broken down and that possibly the pod could be delivered on Sunday. Customer service promised that they would give us a call back at 4:30 PM and let us know the status of our pod delivery. 4:30 PM came in past, and no one ever called us back. It is impossible to get any customer service representatives on the phone and when you do they all have no information about where your pod is. Nor will they give you a phone number for anybody that will assist you or that you can speak to. If you are considering using pack rats for your move I would strongly recommend you use another company. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional unresponsive apathetic company in my life. I'm sitting here writing this review with no clue how I'm going to move my furniture out of my apartment and into storage before my lease ends. I don't understand how a company can get into the moving business a situation that is one of the most stressful for any person moving and then just completely blow off the scheduled appointment to bring a pod unapologetically. Please please please do not use this company, you will seriously regret it if you do.
