  Absolutely horrible, horrible company. Very long story made very short - this company lied and misled us for three months before finally delivering our household goods. We filed complaints with FMCSA, BBB, and more. We called the police and were told there’s nothing they could do, and then we finally hired a lawyer. Three months without our things, not knowing whether or not we’d see them again, sleeping on a mattress on the floor and spending thousands replacing the necessities. When we finally got our things, much of it was damaged from water and seemingly being tossed around. Our Traeger and tool chest were missing. They demanded payment of the final balance before unloading so we could see the damage and missing items. Now we've been told we'll have to wait another 3-6 months for a damage claim to be filed with their insurance, so it looks like they will have no negative consequence for their disregard for another person's possessions. Save yourselves months of headache, heartache, and thousands of wasted dollars and hire a reputable company or do it yourself.

  Update: we finally received our things - three months after pick up and after hiring a lawyer. The truck looked as though things were just tossed in. Several things were damaged and many items had water damage and mold. One item looked as though it must have been sitting in water for the last three months. Just absolutely despicable how our things were treated. And now we were told we have to wait 3-6 months for a damage claim with their insurance to be resolved. Our household goods were picked up Dec. 11 and we have still not received delivery. This company has been unresponsive and when we do get a reply, updates are brief, vague, and bogus. We have been told every couple of weeks since the beginning of January that we will receive our things in "1-2 more weeks". The company will not provide us details on why it is taking so long, nor will they allow us to come pick up our things ourselves. Complaints have been filed with BBB, FMCSA, UT local police, homeowners insurance, the UT AG, and a local lawyer without resolution as of yet. Save yourself the heartache and do not do business with this company.

  We have trusted this company with our most prized possessions from around the globe, and this move has been an emotional and logistical disaster. We continue to get untrustworthy updates, and the story is always changing. Our stuff was picked up in Utah almost 90 days ago with no reliable delivery estimate to the east coast. Due to the unique nature of the situation we have been told by law enforcement to retain legal counsel. Reading all the other reviews it is apparent which ones are real and which ones are fabricated. If you don’t want to have to explain to your children, while they are crying, why their stuff is missing them don’t use them…
