  Logged in to write about the great experience I had, and I’m shocked to see so many negative reviews. They do not match up with my experience whatsoever, which leads me to believe they were either a few unfortunate one-offs, or the customers writing them are impossible to please. You know the type.

  On the rare occasions that we did run into issues, they were fairly minor, and the associates did an excellent job of letting us know what was going on without sneaking in any additional services. They really know how to put their customers first.

  "I don’t know if I’m capable of writing a review that’ll do these wonderful people justice, but I am so blown away by their quality of care that I feel compelled to do my best to convey how grateful I am for everything they’ve done. My main concern was that I hadn’t moved in over 30 years, and my home was full of valuable family heirlooms which I simply couldn’t bear to lose. I read through so many horror stories on the internet from people who lost their belongings, or had their valuables damaged, and I was worried that my own sad story would also be added to the countless others. Thankfully, I had a friend who led me in the right direction. As soon as I first spoke to the sales agent, I felt that I was in good hands. There was still a glimmer of worry that would run through my mind, but when it finally came time to ship my possessions to my new home, they did not disappoint. I feel so blessed to have had a friend who recommended this lovely company to me. It potentially saved me a world of heartache."
