  Showed up 3 days late to pickup two pods. Finally picked them up and promised they would show up on time. Guess what they didn't. This is the worst company to move your stuff. They have zero communication. Don't show up on time. Loose your stuff and can't tell you when you will get your stuff. It takes twice as long then any other place to deliver. Do yourself a favor and leas headaches DON'T HIRE THIS Company.

  After years of trial and error with various companies in the moving business, Pack Rat has become my tried-and-true company of choice. Not only are they some of the friendliest people I’ve ever worked, but they also know how to take care of business and treat their customers with the courtesy they deserve, no matter what. I have yet to have a negative experience with them, and at this point I’m confident that I never will. That’s how much I trust them.

  Worst company I've ever delt with. No quick responses, long wait times because theyre so "busy" more like understaffed. They held our stuff over in another state when we never stated to do so to them. We had to call to find out and then on the day of delivery they never showed but send out a late message that our stuff would not arrive and take another 2 weeks. Theyre real quick to take your money from your account though, even overcharge you without your knowledge or going over it with you This company DOES NOT care about you the customer and their professionalism. They just want your money..
