  I was VERY pleased with this company!! I moved about a month ago with them and was shock by how proficient the team was! They were friendly, quick and on time! They took the time to really do it right! No damages and even took care of how they place my items! So organized. Totally worth your bucks! I was happy I went with them and if I need to move again - I will definitely call them back and recommend anyone goes with them!!

  They moved me from Orange Park to St.Johns three weeks ago. They gave me full and detailed info over the phone, sent me detailed emails, and sounded really knowledgeable when I called. The crew was fantastic: professional movers and very nice people. In the two other cross country moves I used other companies and they were late both times. Not this company- they gave me a window for delivery and stuck to it. I was hoping for a good experience after the glowing recommendation a co-worker gave them and was so happy when they exceeded my expectation on everything from beginning to end. This was absolutely the best move I have ever had.

  I have moved many times. I almost always prefer a smaller/local company because you usually get better service with movers who take care of your belongings. That is true of 1st Choice Movers. Given how poorly my move to Jacksonville from Atlanta went with Allied Van Lines, I was extra nervous about my recent move. Scheduling was super easy. The team showed up a few minutes early, which was great. They listened to my concerns regarding a few pieces of furniture that needed to be handled with extra care. They wrapped EVERYTHING very well so that nothing for dinged or damaged. They were patient with me as I finished up some last-minute packing and were also patient when it came to placing furniture. Not a thing was damaged or broken (which is great considering they had 2 flights of stairs to climb at the delivery address). Only one piece of hardware went missing (a shelf peg that costs about $2 for a set of 4--which the head mover said he'd inform his manager about that day and that they would send me a replacement). By far one of the best experiences I have had moving.  I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them the next time I move.
