  BEWARE!!! The worst moving experience ever. Established Movers lacks customer service and professionalism. I don’t know where to go start. First off, I booked our move 2 weeks in advance, the day of our scheduled move no one showed up. I called after waiting 45 minutes, to only be informed that they didn’t have any movers for the day. The professional thing to do would be to call us and inform us of the change in availability. We rescheduled for the following day. The movers were suppose to call us to provide an ETA. They called and said “We are here and will be up in 5 minutes.” That’s not providing accurate time. As you can see from the photos, they damaged our furniture. We contacted the company immediately and they told us to provide photos for the claim. After providing the information, we went back and forth for over a month. The owner offered us $500. Then came back and said we signed a contract and they only had to by law pay us a certain percentage. Well, we NEVER signed a contract. We asked Mitchell (son) to send us a copy of the “signed” contract. Can you believe someone forged our signature. When confronted, the offered us $1000.00. We got a estimate for repairs at $1700.00. After consulting legal, the owner (Steve) offered $1200.00. This offer was made more than 3 weeks ago. We have tried to be respectful and professional but this company is a fraud. They don’t return your calls or emails. Please do your research! We’d hate for another family to experience this type of stress. STAY AWAY! We still haven’t been paid.

  The team we had arrived early and left early because of how hard they were working to get the job done. Seriously...those men were moving! They were time efficient and respectful. They had no problem moving items to exactly where I specified in our two floor home. The price was very affordable. I'm really thankful we chose this company to move us!

  The crew we had was great! I was moving from a one story house to a two story with a lot of heavy stuff going upstairs, and they had a smile on their faces and were so nice the entire time! I have moved a lot (military family), and this was the first move where we had nothing broken/damage or missing. They were one time and quick too!
