Shame on you! You took advantage of an elderly widow. You moved my mother's mattress, and completely ruined it! Now, they refuse to take responsibility for their actions.

We apologize you feel this way. We are working with the actual customer right now to fix the situation. We have been working with the customer to find a furniture repair service to come and repair the lump in the mattress. Due to the mattress's location, finding a repair service that will travel that far hasn't been possible yet. We are still working through this situation, have offered the customer options, and hope to have a resolution soon. Of course, before this mattress issue was brought to us, we were pleased to hear this customer was very happy with the moving service my employees gave her.

The two fellas who delivered our mirror and elliptical were totally awesome. We appreciate the time it took to for them to get them in and set up.
