  After the recent terrible weather storm hit Houston, pipes bursting in my apartment caused me for a quick relocation. They were only moving my boxes to a new apartment. The job took less then 2 hours and the apartment was within the same complex. So zero drive time. VERY EASY MOVE. No big furniture, as most of mine had water damage. THEY OVER CHARGED, price gouged, and took advantage of my father who handled the payment by phone. The contract I signed was for $385.37 and they robbed him for over $723! I called to request the refund and he HUNG UP ON ME! Since then my number has been blocked and goes straight to voicemail. I can't reach anyone. They will scam you. A refund is a simple resolution, but I am being blocked. I am willing to pay for SERVICES done, but this is a complete rip off and scam. Still waiting for my refund. Reporting them to the authorities if this cant be resolved. DON'T use them.

  I chose this company because I support our military and the veterans that it employs. The owner is a stand-up guy, was very flexible on the scheduling (moved it up a day at my request due to reports of rain during my originally scheduled time), and they show up on time which is a rarity with any type of services these days. I felt that what I paid was fair, considering it was 4 hours of work and the job itself was a tough one (from first floor to third floor w/ no elevator 30 miles away). The dudes who showed up with the truck - I'm not sure if they were veterans but they were nice people who did their best to prevent any damage to my stuff. I would use this company again because the owner of the company is a well-adjusted and sincere guy, and his team members show up on time and ready to work.

  Mark and Derrek did an awesome job! The move into our 5 bedroom house on Monday, July 22nd. couldn't have been smoother. Scheduled everything through Yelp, got a phone call 15 mins before arrival, Mark and Derrek arrived on time, took great care packing out antique furniture - it arrived into our new house without a scratch! This means a lot since furniture is solid wood and therefore quite heavy. Upon our arrival at the new destination, guys unpacked everything and put everything where it was supposed to go. Couldn't be happier with the whole process, would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!
