This is a truly excellent moving company! Best Choice Movers and Packers were extremely prompt, polite, efficient, hard-working, careful moving your belongings and of the surrounding area (storage unit, interior of home, etc), and had a positive attitude. This is, by far, the best moving company that I've ever worked with, in Houston! This is also a company that is truly passionate about quality customer service, positive support of it's employees. This company deserves the community's support and continued business - AND, they are fantastic movers too! I HIGHLY recommend this moving company.

This company canceled TWO HOURS before my move was to take place and did not give me a replacement service. I booked 2 months in advance. They canceled over an injury and yet did not have anyone to cover them or contact me when they found out. This was early in the morning. I waited for them to find someone by the scheduled time but had to move everything myself when they found no one. I had no choice because I was on a time limit and they knew this. Rarely do I ever leave bad reviews, but this was atrocious and gave me one of the most stressed filled days in my life.

Thank you for your review Ms. Anna however; Let's make sure you're telling the full story. We were contracted via a third party to service your move and all communications goes thru third party, they are contractual responsible for replacement's if any should occur. As the crews were in commute to your residence- an early morning traffic incident occurred - thankfully, without harm to our crew we were unable to service you on that day- BCMP contacted you FIRST and updated the third party provider as well. BCMP kept in communication with you on that day, explained our stance and informed you of the process from the third party vendor. Once the third party vendor contacted you- their role was to find your replacement. If staffing would've allowed; another crew would have been dispatched for your move. Our unforeseen accident left us with great loss at the time and this was communicated to you. Thank you for NOT asking if everyone was okay while crew was in commute to service your move. Be Blessed.

Customer service is horrendous #1. The men were exhausted/ overworked showing up after 2 moves before hand. They arrived late but we were kept in contact- although 8:00 was NOT mentioned. My fiancé had to help lift furniture, support the one guy so he didn’t fall down the stairs and have a piece of furniture fall on top of him. Not ok for us and NOT ok for your employees!!! No wonder the lead said “looks like we are losing another one”. The drawers were coming out banging up my stair case/ walls and yet the let it kept happening. I kept having to tell them to watch the floors while sliding furniture across them scratching them up. The men were overworked at the hottest time of the year! Amy was sassy when I called absolutely no apologies, no interested in any of the damages - nor the men’s promise to come help with the rest the next day ( she said that was a side job because we didn’t speak to her about it) - the job was not finished! The woman acted like I had no relevance calling because she spoke to my fiancé when I was RIGHT NEXT TO HIM ON SPEAKER and it was my stuff and my house! A lot of training in professionalism and customer service is needed. DO NOT USE!

Thank you for review, Mrs. M B however, let's make sure the story is told correctly. BCMP is just learning from this review of any damages, or conduct of your move. Per conversation with BCMP, which you ended due to you wanting your husband to call back; none of what is stated here was communicated over the phone. When the assigned crews arrived after being informed of our logistics to your residence- The crew was surprised with an additional stop that was not on the original logistics. BCMP informed your husband that due to timing for the additional stop - if it was possible to move the additional items, BCMP will perform the task as well. According to our original logistics of your move, It was completed with your timeframe with an "Extra Guy" at no charge to your family, This was communicated to your husband. If any jobs are booked with us, they are added to our calendar/schedule and the "unfinished job" was not communicated to BCMP to be added to our schedule, even after speaking with Ms. Amy, following day after your move. Communication is always key with BCMP, we informed our customers of our stance and as a consumer, you have the right to refuse service. If the arrival time was such a problem for your family, It should have been communicated at that time; as your husband was informed. We're sorry that your experience with BCMP wasn't a pleasant one, BCMP sets the tone of your move, and any miscommunication can led into reviews as such, Be Blessed.
