  Hired these guys to move my daughter from Beaumont to Orange. Sent them $180.00 deposit and they set an appointment for 10 am Sunday. They no-showed and when she finally got a hold of them they kept promising them that they would be there. Ended up turning off their phones and just left her with no labor.

  Was told it was $100 dollars to secure reservation for the move date. After he received our credit card information we received an email saying that a $295 charge had been made. We were told that it was the office that did that and not him. He said that would cover the first two hours of the move. Upon arriving 5 hours late he wanted us to give our card information again so that a second charge of $295 dollars could be made and the other would be returned to us. While we were discussing this on the phone he became irritated and told us to find another company, because he wasn’t moving our stuff and then hung up on me without mentioning returning our money. The website cites honor, integrity and commitment as being core values. Don’t be fooled by these buzz words from this particular guy. Save yourself a headache and use a couple kids with a dolly and a wagon instead. Edit: There was no cursing at all to the owner. The movers who showed up were great guys. It was through no fault of their own that this occurred, just a crooked owner. Also, I only left one review. The owner stated that he had other houses he could be doing instead of ours so maybe he let down two customers today? Return our money

  We arrived to this customers home and it was straight chaos between family and friends. I told them we were going to work under these conditions and we cursed out and we left. We are sorry that we couldn’t serve you today but hopefully we can be of assistance in your future.

  We were so nice to these men. Gave them drinks as they were working in the heat. But they took great advantage of my sweet disabled mother in law by taking her deposit and demanding cash at the end. They worked an extra ten minutes and charged an hour to which they could have stayed because we had so much more to do that we couldn’t. We actually helped them so we could save money and they still took an extra $100. Terry pretends to not be able to hear on the phone then says to call back so he can not answer the phone. I really hope these guys are at least soldiers but highly doubt it seeing their dishonest ways. God forgive them
