  My 92 year old mother-in-law passed away and we hired 3 Daves Moving to move her belongings out of her home in Marshall to our home in Orlean. Aubrey and his team were great! From the first communication for an estimate to the final sit down in our kitchen to finalize everything post-move (which came in well below their estimate!), we felt very well taken care of. They were even thoughtful enough to provide us with their senior citizen discount, in honor of Mark’s mom. We were very pleased and will use them again for our future moving needs.

  I would not recommend…was quoted to move a piano. Wanted it potentially to go upstairs so was quoted a second price as they would have to send a fourth guy. I told them I wasn’t sure it would go upstairs but was told they needed to know as they would need to send the fourth guy and the cost would be $1000. $650 if they moved it onto the first floor. Was not told that i would have to pay the fourth guy, regardless. They deliver it, they look and tell me they can’t get it upstairs, tell me it’s $650 (to literally wheel it 10ft off the truck and through the door). One guy said he could have moved it with just two of them. I sign the receipt and pay the $650. Next day I get a call saying I owe another $350 as he sent a fourth guy…two of the four folded blankets while they were here. None of this about paying regardless of where it ends up was written anywhere. Absolute sham and it appears I’m not the only one. DO NOT USE!

  I’m sorry you feel this way but we had to send a 4th man because you wanted to attempt to get it to the second floor and the day prior to the move you asked to send the 4th man and it cost the company extra to have a 4th man on a job which is what you was charged for

  DO NOT USE THEM! 1. They give you a quote and then charge more than what they quote 2. They don't provide written contracts or receipts They quoted a $950 charge to move my daughter and told her that they could then bring it back when she moved again. All of this was to be included in the $950 charge. When she moved again back in the same apartment complex. They charged her another $500. This was not the deal that she was given!!! Very unprofessional and a bunch of lies. I would definitely go with U-Haul and find someone to move you. This was the first time we have ever used them and I can promise you it will be my last and I will be alerting everyone that I know about this.

  well we are sorry you feel this way but as i discussed with her no company would deliver her items for free you cannot have a business and stay open by doing jobs for free. My discussion was with your Daughter and not you so i have notes that states there is a pickup charge and a delivery charge and if we was so bad wouldnt you have requested us to deliver all of her items not still send items back to our warehouse for storage and on the Day we picked your Daughter up for storage we onl charged her $775 and i also gave her the first month storage free from 4-30 to 5-30 which should have been $120.00.
