  3M movers is the best moving company I’ve worked with. They treated my things as their own, were exceptionally professional, and even held my front door up so I could get it back on correctly after I removed it so they could get a particularly large item into the house. I will absolutely be relying on them in the future.

  We had an excellent experience with 3M Movers. They arrived about 15 minutes late, but kept us updated so we knew when to expect them. We didn’t get enough pods to carry all of our things, and they went above and beyond to fit as much as possible and help us prioritize different pieces. They worked quickly, were polite, and helpful. Our only complaint was that the cracked a light fixture in the hallway moving some large furniture, but we would hire them again since their excellent service outweighed this minor inconvenience.

  I hired 2 movers for 3 hours through U-Haul to move the contents of my 3 bedroom house. Mike brought Casstro and Adam and they worked hard, but did not move everything that I needed moved within the allotted time frame. At the end of the allotted time, Mike asked if he could charge me an additional $200 since he brought an additional person, and I agreed. I thought maybe I had more furniture than they could have actually moved with 2 people. Later that day, I realized my AirPods were missing so I contacted Mike. He reached out to Adam and Casstro to try to find them but could not and did not offer another solution. A couple of months later, Mike said he believed that one of them took my AirPods, and he refunded me the cost. They had also damaged a wall, but Mike repaired it. I believe Mike tries to do the right thing, and I was surprised he refunded me for the AirPods. But this was a rough experience and I would not do it again.
