  I used 5 Star Movers LLC for a local move within Manhattan and was very impressed with them. The building I moved out of was a third floor walk up with extremely narrow hallways and they had no difficulty getting any of my furniture down. They worked nonstop until the job was done. They even helped me make boxes, tape things up, and wrapped all of my furniture. They were responsive and communicative when booking. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. I had quotes from other companies for the same job that were twice the price, so I was relieved when I got their quote. They stuck to the flat fee agreement and didn’t charge me any extra. Everything was moved with care and no damage occurred to my belongings. It was an extremely hot day in NYC and they never complained. Thank you to Jay and his crew. I would use them again and recommend them to a friend!

  The 5 Star Movers LLC team managed two of my moves, and did a fantastic job both times. Jay and Tom were quick to respond to each message before the move to plan logistics, and the team showed up on time. Everyone was professional and friendly. I was particularly impressed with Tom, who was incredibly thorough in wrapping each piece so it was well protected, while being quick and efficient. I asked him to take particular care of certain pieces of furniture that are delicate, and he never showed impatience with my asking of adding extra wrapping for legs or to carry a piece in a certain angle.

  I recently used 5 Star Movers LLC team to move from Brooklyn to Queens. I could not be happier with this company and the gentlemen who moved me. They were absolutely amazing!!! I had a big job with lots of pickups and then up 3 flights of stairs. They were professional, personable, and extremely experienced. After a long 10 hours everything arrived in perfect condition and not one complaint from the guys. I don't look forward to moving anytime soon, but when I do I will definitely use this company and will be telling all my friends to use them as well. Thanks for making a difficult situation a pleasant experience!!
