  Zain really helped out with a last minute move emergency the week of Christmas. The movers were reliable, fast and professional. ISSUE: I was given a price for a three hour move. I specifically asked if that would be the final price as long as we did not exceed the 3 hours. We came well within the 3 hour move window. I was charged an additional $275 with no explanation or receipt. I have sent emails requesting information on the charge and have not received any responses. This is now how professional businesses operate.

  We have used then several times since 1994 and never would I expect them to treat us so disrespectful!!! I was wrong. The apartment building we moved from had a bug issue but professionally treated. No live bugs were there but traps were down. They had loaded the truck, saw traps and refused to move us. They unloaded the truck. They stated they move million dollar homes. Bugs do not DISCRIMINATE from those homes. Unlike a available who does discriminate. Never have I been treated so poorly and felt like a second class citizen. They actually said to us we would have to get second rate movers to help us. No quality moving co.mpny would help us. They do realize that they are supposed to spray trucks after every move.....wonder what they do for covid? Are all movers vaccinated?? Run as fast as you can away from this company. Do not let them touch your stuff. Attorneys actually stated they have never seen such a poor practice. One star is way too good rating for them

  I can't say enough about Mike and the rest of his staff. I have used them a few times and they are very pleasant, patient and professional.
