  I called them today to pick up a piano. I got a call back within minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Grace was so professional and nice on the phone and offered me same day (within hours service). In order for her to give me a fair quote, She asked me to send her pictures of the piano and where do I want it exactly to examine the house and the location and the stairs. I did and within minutes she got back to me with an amazing and very competitive price. They picked up the piano and brought it to my house.. I have other pianos that I have had delivered to my house but Piano moving world's service was one of the best. They were more prepared than I ever anticipated, from the padding, to the Dolly and and all the little ramps to make sure that no damage is done to my floor or the outsideof my house. They took the piano downstairs to the basement and put it exactly where I asked them to. All of this with a smile on their faces, and a very professional attitude. Apparently the owner of the company was the one helping out. There's a lot to be said about that. First of all I want to thank them for an incredible job, second I would like to tell everybody that they are truly the best and I highly recommend them. They serve 50 states and all areas of Illinois. In summary great experience and a job well done! 👍

  This was the first company to answer my call and able to give me a move date within the week. They were quick, professional, and their moving skills were a treat for my kids to watch. They also graciously agreed to move a grandfather clock along with the grand piano we got. I highly recommend this company for your piano moving needs!

  It was a last-minute piano move, and Piano Moving World was able to provide same-day service. I also took advantage of their piano storing services for a few months until I settled in my permanent residence. If you're looking for your piano to be moved and/or stored, look no further. I highly recommend Piano Moving World, legitimate and professional company.
