We scheduled our move for Friday 2 weeks ago. They said they would be here between 10 and 11 am. I called at noon on Friday and they said they did not have me scheduled when i talked to them the day before. They said they would get a crew out to my house, then they said the truck broke down and would have to do it Sat. I asked for a time Sat and they said they would let me know. I texted them at 4:35pm, 8pm Friday and 9am Sat. I called them at 10am and no answer. It is Sun 11am and still have not heard from them. I would recommend being very cautious using this company

We scheduled this mover 2-3 days in advance and had an agreed upon time of 2 PM for them to arrive. At 1 PM, they called to tell us they will be late and arrive at 3:30 PM. They called again, to tell us it would have to be later than that because another job was scheduled for our time slot. They could arrive at 6 or 7 PM, or could move us tomorrow. We cancelled our move order. Moving is usually on a schedule and to have a mover just decide to reschedule the customer out of convenience is extremely unprofessional. I'm only giving them 1 star because I have to.

Scheduled appointment weeks before the day of the move and they “No Showed”. Excuses from company with no follow up communication. This company is a joke maybe even a false company. Do not waste your time call someone else. Terrible customer service!!!
