The gentleman behind the front desk wasn't very personable and seemed irritated by me and my son. Right away I determined that I was not going to rent a towable uhaul storage trailer from them. It's a shame he wasn't more helpful. I would have given 4-5 stars. Kindness and a smile go a long way.. this review applies to Uhaul. I did not visit for on site storage, so my review us not about the storage facility.

Rude staff not friendly at all every time I stop in to make payment sign in window says gone to bank or on grounds wait for someone to show up never can find anyone or they never show up call to make payment finally get a hold of someone and they are very rude take my payment and hang up on me if I could give them negative stars I would alas I have to give them 1 star but they aren’t deserving going to move out ASAP never will rent here again!!!!! Be aware don’t rent here!!!! If you do you’ll be sorry!!! I had rented here previously years ago and deal with two extremely nice women, I’m not sure what’s happened, but seems like a lot of new faces all the time.
