  HORRIBLE. what company doesn’t come down a black top driveway???? 127 cases of flooring they want to drop off at the top of my driveway because they can’t drive a small box truck down a black top driveway. Called them and spoke to this ridiculous women who was extremely RUDE! Never again. Stay away from this company!

  Horrible customer service. They lie about where and when the delivery will come… That’s when they answer the phone or an email. It’s never on time and I have had several deliveries from them. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this terrible company because my corporate office sets up the delivery service. Word of caution. Stay away from the Elkton/Wilmington location!

  Bought a riding lawn mower and Home Depot contracted them to deliver. My delivery date was on Monday so I called on Monday to find out a time only to be told I had to set up a separate delivery date with them. I was told someone should call me by end of day to set it up, end of day passed and no one called. So I called on the next day to set it up and the lady who answered the phone said “that’s not the way it works, we call you” she said would would transfer me but actually hung up on me. I called back for a hold of another lady who scheduled the pick up for next Monday and I asked why Monday and not sooner because my delivery date according to Home Depot was the Monday that had passed. She said “that’s not the way they do things”. My problem is I don’t like how Home Depot use a shipping company that has a whole other way of doing things, if my delivery day says one thing then that’s what I’m going by, I shouldn’t have to jump through another hoop to get what I paid for. Secondly I don’t like the unprofessional smart Alec responses from people at a business when I paid my money. Needless to say I cancelled that order and will make sure the next time I’ll ask who delivering stuff. If it’s this place then I’ll pass. Train your people better!
