  We literally just moved yesterday, we are still completely in boxes, but it wouldn’t be right to not take the time to give Art and his crew at A and T hauling the most glowing review I could possibly give. From the minute We first spoke to Art, we were so impressed. He is such a busy man, but was SO nice, so responsive and so professional! The estimate he gave us was more than fair, and there were no changes or surprises to the estimate. He and his crew showed up yesterday and packed up our entire lives in hours. I was stunned! They worked so hard and so fast, I could not get over it! When they moved the stuff into our house, they were even faster! Nothing was too much for them! We had a couch that was difficult to get down the basement. I was so tired, I said “forget it, we’ll put it someplace else”. Art removed the basement door, the couch legs...a LOT of elbow grease and down the couch went! Any time I asked him a question, he stopped his back breaking work and answered me with the biggest smile! You couldn’t find a more hardworking, honest group of men! We are SO incredibly impressed and SO very thankful!

  Broke pieces of our furniture, did not hear back from him to file a claim despite sending the pictures. Constant complaints from the staff. Charged us double the agreed upon price. Lost items in the move, who knows if they were stolen. Steer clear of this company.

  ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** This is THE WORST COMPANY to hire to move your belongings. Let me walk you through my experience ... so I was canceled twice in a row... first time from the public storage not having their entry way plowed (completely out of company and my control) and was rescheduled ( by owner) for next day services. He then cancels on me the next day stating that he had a big job and didn’t have time to move me meanwhile his company hours state he’s open until 8 and this was mid day around 2 . Then he states he was going to call me later on in the day to confirm a time for next day. He NEVER CALLED ME and when I called him to get a time he lashed out at me on the phone stating he has a lot of calls coming in and I’m pressuring him meanwhile I’m just trying to get a time confirmation so I can adjust my schedule accordingly due to the fact I have two small children that I also have to work around. He then calls back and apologizes and gives me a time of 1pm and ensures the men will put all my furniture back together. The guys show up at 2:30 ... a whole half and hour late and my kids had appointments at 4 which they were late for. They didn’t put my sons crib together because they misplaced the screws and I was told by the worker that he would be back the next day with screws to put it together and he never called me or showed up! Then I go to put my linens on my bed and lay down and MY BED COLLAPSES! They didn’t screw the slates to the bed frame and NEVER SAID A THING. Thank god my kids weren’t on the bed with me when it collapsed because we all could have gotten seriously hurt. Also the knob to my dresser draw is broken. Now I’m calling and texting the owner and he isn’t answering and he is ignoring my calls. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! ***UPDATE!*** He finally calls me back with the worker that promised he would be back with screws and he told me he was DOING ME A FAVOR by looking for screws. NO SIR THIS IS YOUR JOB!!! If you would have done it properly in the first place, the screws would have never went missing for you to have to give me replacement screws in the first place. Then he states he didn’t come because the screws he found weren’t the right ones but never called and communicated that he wasn’t going to show up for that reason. He didn’t take any responsibility or accountability for the actions that took place and also admitted that he saw their were no screws in the slates and he didn’t mention it because “he didn’t think they were going to assemble the bed without them”. So instead of him saying something he remained quiet and when I went to lay on the bed, the bed collapsed under me! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
