  I had an appointment for a move from Richmond, Va to Baltimore, MD, I waited for them on the day of the move and no one showed up, I called several times and got no response. I had to rent my own truck find someone to drive it and move my things the next day. The office person even called me to confirm my move and they didn't show up. I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

  Destroyed multiple items and now have been trying to have someone call us back for a month, regarding reimbursement. Looks like we need to go the route of hiring an attorney and take them court because we are out of state now; which only fuels our anger and makes the reimbursement amount go up, because we won’t be responsible for attorney fees, filing fees and court fees they will It’s more like 2 woman, a rental truck and day laborers, stir clear and run away! When I saw my heavy beach cruiser bicycle at the very tippy-top, on top of everything in one of the trucks... I knew our stuff was in trouble.

  I'm a local Realtor who has used them for 2 moves, one in 2013. Another in 2018. Also I have had them for my mom's move in 2020 from Midlothian out of storage to West of Richmond to Palmyra. In 2020, also my brother and his wife moved from Lakeside to near Ashland and we're very pleased. I recommend them to my clients too. I appreciate supporting this business and have been always pleased and they are accommodating even in short notice! Thank you Lisa & team!!!
