  Bought an engine for my van through another company. They used AAA Cooper to deliver it. I was never contacted by AAA to set up a delivery, then when I called to leave my number I was told they would call me when they were 30 minutes out. Get a notification about an hour later that my engine had been delivered!!! Left out in the open for anyone to steal which is probable since I do not live in the best part or town. Called and was told they could not get in touch with the driver and the supervisor was gone for the day...at 1130 AM!!! I was told the driver would try and make it to my area later that evening, even though I stated numerous times I would not be home due to having prior arrangements with my children (would not have made the appointments if I knew they were coming prior to arrival). Finally after hours of contacting the company I bought the engine from and talking to several people at AAA I got the driver back to load the engine on my truck. I lost several hours of work and gained one massive headache. The people were very nice and understanding so they get two stars but their process and system with this company is no where near acceptable. I mean who leaves a 500 lbs engine at someone's house with no signature and instructions to contact the customer before delivery!!!

  Bought a zero turn riding mower from Home Depot and they used this company for the delivery. The day it was out for delivery it was taking a while so we called to make sure the driver could find the house alright. We were told they weren't going to deliver it since they put too much other frieght in front of it on the truck and they were not sure when they could make it out here again. We told them we would just drive the 1.5 hrs to get it. The crate it was in looked pretty rough. It was loaded quite roughly onto the trailer with the forklift(s) and when we got it home discovered that they had an extra pallet underneath the mowing deck that left it floating wheels off the trailer so we had to try and lift it off the pallet(was a very heavy model) just to get it unloaded. Hoping the pallet didn't mess up the deck or blades. There were scratch/scuff marks on the mower but we'll get in contact with HD about that. The people in the office were polite enough so that's where they got the 2nd star. Not impressed with anything else though. -HP

  We are a first come, first serve facility and AAA Cooper was the third truck to arrive to be unloaded. Driver waited for less than 20 minutes before not saying a word to any warehouse works and took off. When Steve in dispatch was contacted, he took no responsibility for driver's unprofessional-ism and acted as if there was no issue, claiming they are "too busy" to wait. We are all busy, but should never be too busy to show decent customer service. Extremely disappointing.
