  HORRIBLLE! I have been waiting on my kitchen cabinets to be delivered for weeks. They schedule a delivery and then they cancel at the last minute. The first time I was told my delivery didn't show up because they were having mechanical issues with their truck. The last two times in a row they scheduled a delivery and didn't show up... and didn't even bother to call me to say my order was not going to be delivered. They have scheduled and cancelled on me 4 times in a row! We work, so we take the time off to go to wait for the delivery in person. Andrew who answers the phone is completely uninterested, unfriendly and unhelpful. And whoever Karen is.... she is always "on the other line" talking to another customer and NEVER returns a phone call. Right now, because it's extremely hard to get any answers from this company, I have no idea where my kitchen cabinets are. They could be lost, damaged, stolen, on fire... I have no idea when, if at all, they will be delivered. They cannot currently locate them in their "warehouse" and they could absolutely care less! Dismal customer service, poor communication and completely unsympathetic. Will never recommend, ever!!!

  Thank you for your comments. We take all feedback seriously. As of today, April 19, 2022 – per your request – the cabinets are being returned to Lowes after inspection. We regret that the customer service at this location was slow to respond. Our General Manager, Karen, in fact remembers your situation out of the hundreds that she processes weekly. As a note for the future, some Diligent locations offer after hours and Saturday deliveries based on availability of drivers and the region about which the order is placed.   TERRIBLE place to work. The pay is ridiculous, the don't pay for mileage and it's up to you to keep your car maintained. They don't offer any incentives or bonuses. I won't say who or what but some of the current drivers under contract are extremely racist, diluted and flat out liars who are used to getting their way. If things don't go their way or you have a disagreement with one of them then they manipulate and lie to others in order to get you fired or relocated. For some reason, management holds these racists in a high regard and bend to their will rather than following company policies. There are a few good people working for the Baton Rouge branch but most are racist bigots hell bent on getting their way no matter what. Please do not work for this company. They lie about pay and will pay you less than you have earned. They are sneaky and will do anything to avoid paying you all of what you are owed. They still owe me over $300. Overall, this company is so mismanaged it's hilarious and sad at the same time.
