  successful move performed for us by AAA Moving & Storage. Excellent communication from start to finish. Pricing was middle of the road, but they set the right expectation immediately. No surprises, and fast delivery. No damages to report, and all the staff from pickup and delivery crew had great attitudes while performing the work. The teams wore masks while we were in close proximity, and the guys were very careful setting everything up. the whole move took just under a week from pickup to delivery. We give AAA a 10 out of 10 perfect score.

  This is the worst moving company I have ever come across, not proffessional only very polite when they are trying to sell their product, once you sign the contract you mean nothing to them. Sofia this woman will pretty much tell you there is nothing you can do about your damaged property, not pick up calls sending her texts she will tell you she is busy, I was told to wait 3 months now on to 6months not even an apology let alone re-imbursement.what a horrible experience these people will create for others.All about gaining whilst creating unneccessary loses for people's hard earned money. Do better Sofia and company

  We have never had a customer by the name of Simba ever in our 13 years of doing business. 2nd, if we professionally pack your TV and other fragile items, you can guarantee they will not break or get damaged AT ALL. If you the customer choose to attempt to save $100 or so, and pack items like this yourself, make sure you know what you are doing because with ALL movers nationally, there is NO liability whatsoever if the customer packed the contents on their own and it gets damaged. This is because, for lack of better words, you guys can't/don't do it right. There is a way to pack these items to ensure no damages whatsoever. And then there is the way most inexperienced packers may assume for, and this is the end result. If we packed the broken item, you will always get a compensation offer if damaged. If you choose to package your own fragile items, you assume ALL RISK. This is not just with AAA, but with ALL MOVING COMPANIES nationally. Next time: spend the money and let the professionals do it. Also, with any cheap furniture that you must buy in a box and build it yourself at home: Take it apart completely before moving it, or don't move it - it will get damaged. This is why you purchase it in a box and build it yourself at home: because it is not made to move put together. These tips and tricks are on our website, as well as discussed with all customers beforehand in a prep discussion prior to pickup. If you neglected to heed our advice or thought you knew better than we did about moving, that is unfortunately your own lesson to learn.

  He and his crew arrived early and put in a solid day of hard work lifting our furniture. They are strong! They never complained and went up and down stairs on both ends. They used blankets and wrap and got everything to storage and apt very efficiently. We will use them again when time to move to another house.
