Waited for a very long time for someone to even show up at the office so we could get into the unit we reserved. Frustrating and unprofessional.

So sorry you had to wait as I explained to Brain when he called about the unit last week, that I am a one person office that is in and out alot during the day and he should call when he knew a time you would arrive and I could be here.
