Glenn was personable, helpful, and professional. He managed to help me, as well as another customer, at the same time without sacrificing his attention to either one of us or the level of service. The prices AAAA Storage offers are beyond competitive. I looked into four other storage facilities within 2 miles and they were all twice as expensive. This includes the storage units themselves as well as additional items such as locks and boxes. The insurance included with the base price for my unit exceeds the value of my belongings so I am well protected. You can go somewhere else and pay $100 a month for a closet but that wouldn't make any sense when a better deal is right around the corner.

Really helpful staff with accommodations to military for obtaining a storage unit. It was a quick and easy process. Storage unit is climate controlled and their recommendations are great/meet your needs.

This is what the ceiling looks like on the 3rd floor so beware if you intend on renting a unit up there. I had never utilized a storage unit so I didn't know what to ask or look for. Oh btw... only SOME of the units are climate controlled. I expressed my concerns about water damage and molding to the District Mgr during one of my visits. The resolution was simply 'we'll rent you another unit, but your going to pay a significantly higher amount than your current unit.' Really!? What a great offer. 😒
