Do not rent from this location, just read the reviews and move on. I used a truck over a 24 hour period and at the end of my term was called and told if I brought it in and returned it overnight I would not be charged an additional day. I even asked what the next days rate would be to make sure. I brought it back an hour later and when I called the next day was told I would get a refund and they just had to call the manager to authorize. The following day they gave me the managers number and she refused to issue a refund even though I was told that was what would happen.

I called to make a reservation and two hours before pickup they called because the truck was no longer available. They told me they had one in Portsmouth. When I called Portsmouth to make sure they had the truck and my auto transport they gave me a different total. I called when my husband came back without the auto transport because they said we only had the truck. They said they would review the call records and get back to me. I never received the call and they said that I had to call to get them reviewed but that’s not what she said over the phone. Three different times I called and each time I would get a different price. All in all terrible customer service.

So I was just locked in their elevator, I don’t know why someone would walk past and see that the elevator is in use and decide to shut it and lock it and we called the after hours number no answer called the main number and the person I spoke to kept saying she was going to transfer me but never did. Then told me to press the alarm and she’s still transfer me pressed the alarm still no transfer then she said the man has the cameras up but no one is coming or can provide legitimate help??? I will definitely be moving my things out ASAP.
