  Really disappointed in most aspects of my move with United/AAction Movers. Ryan is the only reason this isn't a one-star review. He was great! However, nothing else was great. The packing crew didn't bring enough materials and didn't finish packing on day one. They were supposed to come back the second day and pushed it off to moving day. Moving day they were so rushed to get everything on the truck the packing wasn't done with any care. Jodi (move coordinator) was never available. Every time I called the call wouldn't go through. The ONLY time she actively reached out to me was to collect payment. I had to email several times to get any status updates. I was told the truck should be there super fast. Well it sat in AZ for 5 days. When it did arrive, Jodi didn't bother to share there would need to be shuttle so the driver was annoyed with me and we had to wait 3 hours for the shuttle to come start unloading the truck. The crew said they would be back the next day to setup the beds and put together the furniture they took apart. Never saw or heard from them again. They got their money, they were done with us!

  We purchased a home in Tempe Arizona mid October 2021 and the former owner hired AAction Movers. They left a huge hole in the ceiling of our house and a claim was promptly submitted. They have refused to respond to the claim or fix the damage. They won’t return phone calls or emails. Next step is us reporting this company to the BBB and taking them to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  Ryan Larsen and Jonathen Jiminez helped me with my multiple moves in order to occupy multiple new 50,000 sq.ft. medical buildings over 2021 thru 2022. They have been our mover of choice at Gila River Healthcare for a decade or more. I have used them a dozen times and found them to be affordable, reliable, professional, and very flexible to changes in scope during the moves. I could not have been more pleased. They always showed up with a truck with a lift, plenty of yellow E-crates,a crew of adequate number of men, always all of the proper moving equipment, and they made very short order of these moves by always being well prepared.
